1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Stakyo, LLC ("Stakyo", "we", "our", or "us"), a Delaware Limited Liability Company, collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit polyscout.co (the "Site") or use the Polyscout iOS application (the "App"), together with related services (collectively, the "Services").
Stakyo, LLC is the operator of the Polyscout Services and the controller of personal data processed through the Site and the App. The Polyscout iOS application is distributed through the Apple App Store. By accessing or using the Services you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us. When you create an account or contact us, you may provide an email address (including via Sign in with Apple, in which case Apple may relay a private email), a chosen display name, and any messages you send us. You may also provide information about Polymarket traders or wallets you choose to follow, watchlists, and notification preferences.
Information collected automatically. When you use the Services, our infrastructure providers automatically collect technical information including IP address, device type and operating system, app version, language, time zone, crash logs, and basic usage analytics such as which screens you view and which features you use.
Subscription and payment information. Subscriptions to Polyscout Pro are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We receive from Apple and our subscription analytics provider information about your subscription status, plan, trial eligibility, transaction identifier, and renewal events.
Push notifications. If you enable push notifications, Apple Push Notification service issues a device token that we use to deliver alerts you have requested.
Cookies and similar technologies (Site only). The Site uses a limited set of cookies and local storage for essential functionality and basic analytics. The App does not use web cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and secure the Services; to authenticate you and manage your account; to deliver alerts and notifications you have requested; to verify and manage subscriptions and trials; to provide customer support and respond to inquiries; to monitor performance, prevent abuse, and detect fraud; to improve features and develop new ones; and to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your personal information to train machine learning or AI models, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share information only with the following categories of recipients and only to the extent necessary:
Service providers. We use third-party processors who handle data on our behalf under contract: Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), Superwall (subscription analytics and paywall management), Apple (App Store distribution, In-App Purchase, push notifications, and Sign in with Apple), and standard cloud infrastructure providers used by the foregoing. These providers may access personal data only to perform services for us.
Legal and safety. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or violations of our Terms.
Business transfers. If Stakyo, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@stakyo.com.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest where supported by our providers, access controls, and routine security review. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
